Pei Yin is Counsel at SIMC. She focuses on SIMC’s training and outreach initiatives, and is keen to explore and develop avenues to promote mediation as an integral part of a holistic and effective dispute resolution ecosystem.

Called to the Singapore Bar, Pei Yin practised as a lawyer for more than eight years prior to joining SIMC, in both dispute resolution and corporate roles. She has also served as in-house counsel. Her diverse background underpins her practical, commercially-minded approach to dispute resolution generally, and to mediation in particular.

Outside of work, Pei Yin enjoys birdwatching, forest adventures and spending time in nature.
