The programme is designed for lawyers, in-house counsel, senior executives, and consultants seeking to represent and advise their clients or organisations more effectively in commercial mediations.
Through a blend of expert-led discussions, interactive exercises, and real-world case studies, this exclusive workshop sharpens participants' mediation advocacy skills and builds the confidence to apply them strategically in commercial mediations.
Our Mediation Advocacy Programme is recognised by the International Mediation Institute (IMI). Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, participants will be eligible for accreditation by IMI, subject to fulfilling relevant criteria. More information on the accreditation will be provided to eligible participants.
