Serena Liu is the Deputy Director (Administration and China Affairs) at the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC). She oversees the Centre's administrative functions and plays a key role in advancing SIMC's international partnerships and engagement efforts, with a particular focus on China. 

Prior to joining SIMC, Serena gained broad professional experience across audit, business and social sectors, including with an international audit firm, an international chamber of commerce and a school serving students with special needs. Her diverse professional background has equipped her with strong financial, operational and stakeholder management capabilities, and reinforced her commitment to work that serves a meaningful purpose. 

Serena is a Singapore Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University. 

Outside of work, Serena enjoys travelling to experience different cultures and history, and appreciates spending time in nature.
