Marcus Vos is an AI & IT Executive at the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), supporting the Centre’s technology systems and digital initiatives, including the use of AI to support mediation work.

At SIMC, Marcus works on MAIA (Mediation AI Assistant), an AI tool that supports mediators by generating useful outputs from case documents, such as summaries, chronologies of events, identification of parties, and tables of agreed and disputed facts. His work focuses on ensuring MAIA is practical, reliable, and aligned with the needs of mediators.

Marcus holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Nanyang Technological University and takes a practical, user‑focused approach to applying technology in organisations.

Outside of work, Marcus enjoys bouldering and backpacking.
