Carol is a Centre Executive at SIMC, where she provides administrative support and assists with case management to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
Prior to this, she was a cabin crew member with Singapore Airlines for eight years, an experience that honed her commitment to service excellence and working with people from diverse backgrounds. With her academic foundation in Business and strong interest in conflict resolution, she is passionate about promoting peaceful solutions that create positive outcomes for all parties.
