The Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) has designed a flagship mediation program tailored for experienced legal and business professionals seeking to mediate cross-border commercial disputes.
This by-invitation-only workshop is led by seasoned industry professionals. Participants will engage in role plays, case studies, and problem-solving exercises, enhancing their ability to manage complex negotiations and develop effective communication strategies. The workshop provides a structured approach to mediation, equipping participants with a strong understanding of interest-based dispute resolution and international mediation frameworks.
Over the years, the Specialist Mediator Workshops (SMWs) have been conducted in Singapore, India, Japan, China, South Korea, Costa Rica, and Jamaica, building a robust specialist panel with a diverse group of senior practitioners across industries and jurisdictions. Upon completion, participants will be invited to join our Specialist Mediator Panel, gaining the opportunity to mediate or co-mediate cases referred to SIMC.
