IP Mediation Conference 2025

SIMC's Chairman George Lim SC, will be speaking at the IP Mediation Conference 2025, organised by the EUIPO – European Union Intellectual Property Office, taking place in Malta and also online on 16–17 October 2025. He will take part in the session “VII. Interacting with the future: Leading voices in the quest for combining AI with IP mediation”, which explores how AI tools can support mediators, parties, and lawyers — from risk assessment and data management to identifying common ground and even proposing possible settlements. The conference programme is designed to foster discussion, interaction, and networking.

This edition emphasises pragmatic and strategic approaches to mediation, equipping businesses and legal practitioners with the tools needed for effective dispute resolution in the IP sector.
