The Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to meeting the evolving business needs of Asia. SIMC was established on 5 November 2014 following the recommendations of a Working Group convened by Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon and the Ministry of Law, on developing Singapore into a hub for international commercial mediation.
We work across multiple jurisdictions covering both common and civil law traditions to promote effective dispute resolution through professional case management under SIMC Mediation Rules, capacity building and thought leadership. We listen to our clients to understand their needs, so that we can be a strategic partner and long-term advisor in meeting their commercial interests.

If you wish to file a case, you may download a Mediation Request Form here; or email registry@simc.com.sg. The SIMC Secretariat can assist parties in identifying a suitable mediator. Mediations can be administered at a place of your choice.
