SIMC training workshop at Surbana Jurong

The SIMC team conducted a training session for Surbana Jurong. The session comprised of two parts. First, Mr George Lim, Chairman of SIMC, and Ms Hazel Tang, Centre Director of SIMC, conducted a lively and engaging workshop on mediation and SIMC’s mediation clause and arb-med-arb clause. This was followed by an in-depth sharing of when and how mediation takes place in the construction industry conducted by Mr Chow Kok Fong who has extensive experience as a mediator, adjudicator and litigator in construction and real estate disputes.
