SIMC Event: Joint Conference with Samadhan (Delhi)

On 29th August 2017, SIMC and the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre (Samadhan) jointly organised a lecture on “Growth of Mediation in Commercial Dispute: A Collaborative approach.” The event was held at Pravasi Bhartiya Kendra, New Delhi. The lecture was attended by Supreme Court judges, Justices AK Sikri and Justice SK Kaul and Acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, Justice Gita Mittal, and other judges of Delhi High Court, and various corporate counsels.
SIMC’s Board Director, Mr Viswa Sadasivan, and Deputy CEO, Mr Aloysius Goh, presented at the lecture and shared their mediation experiences with the participants.
