SIMC is honoured to be invited to the third edition of the Arbitration in the Era of Globalisation in New Delhi. We shared on the merits of mediation, Singapore Convention on Mediation as the next game changer in dispute resolution, and the flexibility of Arb-Med-Arb as a choice for parties undergoing arbitration.
