CBMA Webinar: The Singapore Convention – What it is and does, world trajectory, benefits and features

Olá! SIMC had the privilege of joining our friends in Brazil on a discussion surrounding the development, features, impact and practical application of the Singapore Convention on Mediation.

Organised by Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem (CBMA) and hosted by Jair Gevaerd, attorney, arbitrator and mediator, and Daniel Brantes Ferreira from CBMA, the panellists (SIMC Chair George Lim SC, Gloria Lim from the Ministry of Law, Singapore, SIMC international mediator Paul Eric Mason and Michele Lyra from Shell) explored the importance of the Convention for Brazil and the cross-border business community.
