Besides partnering with seasoned mediators and industry experts, SIMC Specialised Mediators Workship (SIMC SMW) is a customized and by-invitation only mediation program for experienced legal and business professionals who are interested in mediating cross-border commercial disputes. Upon completion of the SIMC SMW, participants will be empanelled as a SIMC Specialist Mediator and be invited to mediate or co-mediate cases referred to SIMC. The empanelment will be valid for a period of 2 years.
