Our International Mediators

The Singapore International Mediation Centre enjoyed an 85 per cent settlement rate in 2017, significantly higher than the global average of 70 per cent. This accomplishment is largely credited to our mediators’ excellent problem-solving skills.

Our panel of international mediators is strategically crafted to ensure appropriate representation from diverse jurisdictions and industries, including construction, finance, IT, energy, commodities, insurance, and healthcare. They are based in more than 24 jurisdictions that practise common and civil law traditions.

We can support mediations conducted in several languages including English, Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean, French, German, and Spanish. Each mediator possesses a unique and distinguished professional track record of success in working with private and public sector clients to resolve complex, high-stakes cross-border disputes. You may view their CVs here.
