Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of SIMC and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Ms Lim is responsible for the overall management and operations of both institutions. She has previously worked in Hong Kong and Singapore as a corporate, securities and M&A lawyer in private practice with international firms, and held various General Counsel roles in multinational corporations prior to joining SIAC and SIMC. She qualified as a Barrister and is also admitted as a solicitor in Singapore, Hong Kong and England & Wales.
ALOYSIUS GOH CHOONG SIEN
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr Goh is an International Mediation Institute Certified Mediator and has resolved several high value transnational disputes. He has pioneered mediation schemes for youth and healthcare in Singapore and has received awards from the Singapore Mediation Centre and State Courts for his mediation service. Mr Goh formerly worked as General Counsel and Company Secretary to a state university and several public healthcare institutes. He holds a Bachelors and Masters of Law from the National University of Singapore and Masters of Education (Educational leadership) from Boston College.
HAZEL TANG BIK KWAN
Ms Tang is an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and a foreign mediator with the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre. Prior to joining the Singapore International Mediation Centre, Ms Tang was a partner with a leading Singapore law firm with a regional presence, and was based in China for a period. Ms Tang’s experience cover a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work and has effectively represented clients in arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation proceedings.
Ms Teo manages the day-to-day organisation of the Centre’s operations including case management, project coordination, and general administration. She also supports the senior management in achieving their strategic initiatives for the Centre. Prior to joining SIMC, Ms Teo has worked in administrative positions for various organisations including trade and government institutions, as well as a mediation unit within the healthcare sector. She holds a Diploma in Law and Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
